USE OF INFORMATION
You acknowledge and agree that the ScreenMen website may collect and use information from your interaction in the ScreenMen health assessment, including computer and connection information, statistics on page view, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, internet protocol address and standard web log information. The ScreenMen research team uses this information to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movement, and gather broad information from aggregate use.
By using the ScreenMen health assessment, you enter certain personal information into the assessment tool such as nickname and date of birth. You are also providing medical information about yourself. This information includes your height, weight, previous health conditions, diet, physical activity, smoking status, alcohol usage, blood pressure, family history of diseases, sexual health and mental health.
This personal and medical information you enter will not be saved. It will not be retrievable by you when you use the assessment on subsequent occasions. You will need to enter this personal and medical information each time you use the tool.
The personal and medical information you enter will be stored in the ScreenMen database, should you consent to this, in de-identified form. This means that the information will be stored in a manner that does not permit identification of a specific individual without extraordinary effort. The ScreenMen research team may aggregate your de-identified information with like information from other people and may disclose such non-identifying or aggregated information to other parties.
